Demo Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: July 30, 2026

These terms govern the experimental CareerRouteAI demo operated by Ram Segev as an individual. There is no registered company behind the demo at this time. By using the demo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. Eligibility and demo status

You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. CareerRouteAI is an early demonstration whose features, accounts, availability, content, and stored information may be incomplete, inaccurate, changed, reset, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.

No payment is charged. Any plan, billing, checkout, payment, application, or transaction shown in the demo is simulated and has no commercial or legal effect. Do not enter real payment credentials.

2. No professional advice or promised outcome

Outputs are automated drafts and suggestions for demonstration purposes. They are not professional advice and may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, unsuitable, or generated by artificial intelligence.

No job, interview, application submission, employer response, career result, accuracy, availability, data retention, or security level is promised. You must review and independently verify every output before relying on, sharing, or using it.

3. Accounts and your content

You are responsible for activity under your demo account and for keeping credentials confidential. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated at any time, including to protect the demo, investigate misuse, comply with law, or reset the development environment.

You retain rights you have in submitted information and give the operator limited permission to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit it as needed to operate, test, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the demo and provide requested outputs.

You confirm that you may submit the information and that it violates no law or third-party right. Do not submit a real CV, confidential material, government identifier, password, payment credential, health information, or another person's personal information.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the demo unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or to harm, discriminate against, harass, impersonate, or exploit another person.
  • Do not introduce malware, disrupt the service, bypass controls or limits, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not scrape, bulk-download, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the demo to build or train a competing product, except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
  • Do not present generated material as verified fact or submit a job application without the applicant's explicit approval.

5. AI and third-party services

Configured AI, authentication, hosting, database, and infrastructure providers may process information needed for their functions. Their services have separate terms and policies, and their availability or conduct is not controlled or guaranteed by the demo operator.

AI outputs may resemble existing material or outputs given to others. The demo does not promise that outputs are unique, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular use.

6. Intellectual property and privacy

The demo software, design, branding, and operator-provided content remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the demo for evaluation only. Feedback may be used without payment or obligation.

The Demo Privacy Notice explains how information may be handled and forms part of these terms. Do not treat this development-stage demo as a secure or permanent repository.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the demo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express, implied, or statutory warranties. Nothing excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

You are responsible for your use, submissions, decisions, communications, applications, and generated outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Total liability will not exceed the greater of what you paid for the demo in the previous 12 months or US $10. This does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may change with the demo. The date above identifies the latest version, and continued use after an update means you accept it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.

Questions may be sent to ramsegev@gmail.com. These demo terms select no specific governing law or exclusive court; mandatory law and jurisdiction rules remain applicable.
