Demo Privacy Notice

1. Demo status and no promises

The service is provided only to demonstrate an early product concept. It is not a paid service, no payment is charged, and no employment, career, availability, accuracy, security, storage, or other outcome is promised.

Features, accounts, and stored demo information may be changed, reset, suspended, or deleted without notice.

2. Information the demo may handle

• Account and sign-in information, such as a username, email address, display name, role, and identifiers returned by a configured Google or LinkedIn sign-in provider.
• Career information you choose to enter, including CV text, employment and education history, skills, links, goals, preferences, salary expectations, and location preferences.
• Chat messages, agent outputs, generated CV drafts, job links, application-tracking information, approvals, and feedback.
• Uploaded-document metadata and extracted text. The current demo does not retain the original uploaded binary after extraction, but extracted text and metadata may be stored.
• Technical and usage information needed to operate or debug the demo, such as cookies, browser storage, timestamps, request information, error details, and feature-usage records.

3. Where information may be stored

Preview sessions may store information in cookies, local storage, or session storage on your device. Other development sessions may store account and workflow information in a development PostgreSQL database.

Clearing browser data removes device-only preview information but does not necessarily remove information stored in a development database, temporary log, backup, or external provider.

4. How information may be used

• To operate and demonstrate product flows.
• To save demo progress and generate requested drafts or suggestions.
• To test, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the software.
• To respond to privacy, deletion, or support requests.

5. AI and external services

When an AI provider is configured, relevant prompts, messages, and career-profile excerpts may be sent to that provider to generate a response. Configured authentication, hosting, database, and infrastructure providers may also process limited information needed to provide their services.

Do not submit information you do not want processed by a third-party service. CareerRouteAI does not sell personal information and does not use demo information for targeted advertising.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The demo uses essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, locale, preview state, preferences, and workflow progress. No advertising cookies are intentionally used. Browser data can be removed through your browser settings.

7. Payments

No real payment is collected. Any payment screen or transaction shown in the demo is simulated. Do not enter a real card number or other real payment credentials.

8. Retention and deletion

There is no guaranteed retention period for this experimental demo. Information may remain until browser data is cleared, the development environment is reset, or deletion is requested. Temporary copies may remain for a limited time in logs or backups.

To request access, correction, or deletion, email ramsegev@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant demo account, but do not email passwords or sensitive documents.

9. Security and international processing

The demo is development-stage software. No security level is promised, no system is completely secure, and this demo is not offered as a secure repository for sensitive information. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

10. Children

The demo is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not use it or submit information about a child.

11. Your choices and contact

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request information about your data, access it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy.
